Accessing MLB data

    Well I googled for it, but didn't find anything useful.
    Is there any way to get MLB (Major League Baseball) results in my PHP/C++/Java program? I heard something that they provide some XML files...

    Well I found this -> gd2.mlb.com/components/game/mlb/
    It's a little bit complicated, but very detailed
