Accessing Horde/Squirrel..?

I'm hoping someone can help me with this problem...

I have a website and to access my mail I go to domain.com/webmail and it prompts me for my email address & password. Once I enter that I come to the screen where it gives me the option of choosing "Read Mail Using Horde", "Read Mail Using SquirrelMail", or "Read Mail Using RoundCube". RoundCube has never worked but I'm not concerned about that.

If I click "Read Mail Using Horde" or "Read Mail Using SquirrelMail" the browser just spins in attempt to load it but it never loads. I have tried this in both Firefox and Google Chrome but the same problem occurs.

I have also logged directly into the CPanel and attempted to access my email but the same problem occurs.

I use Gmail all day long and I also have email through GoDaddy and use both of them without issue. Anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have access to the server? or is it a shared hosting?

 

I believe your website is hosted on shared server. I suggest contacting your hosting provider to resolve this.
