Access To SQL Server

    I have website and also have database but in Microsoft Access 2000 with lot of records in it, i want to update my database into Microsoft SQL Server, how i can convert into Access to SQL Server and also save my records into the databse.

    What should i do. :rolleyes:

    Check out the tools menu from your access db under teh tools menu there is option of db conversoin to .MDB file thats sqls extension im not sure about whether it is in tool menu or some nearby do chk out that .

    I've known about his product for many years though I haven't had a need to use it, the company has a good reputation here in Sydney. Sorry I am not allowed to put links yet but the company name is SSW and the product is SSW Upsizing PRO! - Access to SQL Server Upsizing Utility. Try Googling for that.

    Hi,

    In MS Access you have option to export you data, Select the table you want to export and select the ODBC database, create you're DSN and export the data required to any designation database you want...

    [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Export the data and create your DSN and export it to any database. as well as [/FONT]there is an option of conversion data base it will helpful to you.​
