Access denied for new user database

    Hello

    I have a problem after i make new user and put it in config.php

    I move my domain from one host to another and i upload all files on server vps,and website appear.

    Database is uploaded from cpanel in restore database section,that is ok.Now when i make new user database and when i put it in config.php then i receive message: "Access denied for user 'example'@'localhost' to database 'example 2'"

    Why he can't accept my new user database name?

    Do you actually have a user named "example"?

    No,i just put "example" to you can see it,but instead of example is user database which i have created new one.
    And just to say again: Website is live and is up that is not a problem,problem is that i can not have access to admin panel,because of that error with user database.
