Accepting payment from non paypal countries?

    Hi,

I am making a website targeted at people who live in egypt. I know for a fact that Paypal doesn't accept egyptian residents. Therefore none of my target audience has a paypal account.
But I also know that a lot of people there have credit cards. So I was wondering if it is still possible to accept payment from them by credit card through paypal?

    Thanks for any help.

Yes it is possible. Just make sure your account is a premier or business account then you can accept credit card payments directly.

It is possible to accept CC payments via paypal or you may try other alternatives like 2CO.

I believe the buyer must be from a Paypal supported country their payments to be accepted, however they do not need to join as a member. Use 2CO or Plimus and you do fine.

I think the safest method I can think of and is good for non paypal account would be Western Union.

It is a real cash but buyers from Egypt wont pay 14$ for each 100$ they want to send, and for your information 1$ is 5 times more than EGP.
    Thanks

Yes but the idea of my site will require that people pay only $1 per transaction (which is as mentioned before 5 egyptian pounds). So paying by paypal seems like the best idea.
If someone has any other idea, please let me know.
    Thanks for the input.
