Have you tried Paymentwall? They offer a ton of payment options for just about every country.

Users from different countries can not accept pay-pal payments. And the list of countries is not small. So, they have option only to make payments and never to receive. People were attaching payoneer but I think now is blocked as way. That's why we have created a payment solution that works globally.

I don't recommend 2CheckOut unless you want them to close your account for no-reason and then take your money with it. I do recommend Stripe never had a issue with them.

They don't close accounts for "no reason". There must have been a very genuine reason why they closed your account down!

They closed mine for one refund (no chargeback), and see this thread of a lot of webhosts just getting randomly closed for no reasons I was lucky that I didn't have a lot of funds like others who have lost because 2CO kept it: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1254029

I stood up for 2CO and then a few months later I had the same issue.

2CO even reported my post to remove the ticket link to hide how bad they was.

Again, there was an actual "reason" for it. They don't have to tell you what that reason was. But there was a reason.

But they should tell you whats the reason. And yes the reason is that you have some amount of money with them and you are left unprotected. Or the reason is that they are working with loss, so we will block some accounts for our recovery.

So you are saying you can't refund a customer via a vendor or they can just close your account? Really? Come on get into the real world here. That's not a reason that's just a way to get rid of you.
