goto merchant tools and there you will see CREATE BUY BUTTON... thats it... thats how you make BUY BUTTON and place it on your site to accept CC's....
First thing would be to make sure that you have a Premier or Business Paypal account. Then make ensure that you are from a country which allows receiving funds. If you satisfy both these conditions then follow through what Pervert-For-Life said. When you can accept payments, it does not matter if the payment comes from paypal balance, credit card or bank account (via echecks) since paypal allows all the payment method. If you do not satisfy all of the conditions above, you can sign up with http://www.plimus.com or http://www.2checkout.com and have them collect both credit cards and paypal on your behalf.
