If you want to accept cash via mail, but you don't want to give out your home address, how do you overcome this?

Not a good idea. The postal service and every other shipping carrier specifically state not to do this. There is nothing you can do to reclaim cash that's lost in the mail. They will not insure it or replace it if it's lost or stolen.

That's a good question duo . I don't think you would find any company willing to do so. Have you thought about accepting checks instead and renting a PO Box or street address?

You've obviously never used PayPal before, or any other online payment processing service.

Mailed cash means no chargebacks from PayPal, idiot.

Have it sent in something that looks like a bill, bills always get to their Destination. Unlike birthday cards from Grandma.

I believe mailing cash is not legal, maybe I'm wrong.

It's not illegal, the USPS just likes to recommend alternatives that aren't as easy for thieves to steal.

Now if you get into the neighborhood of around $10,000+ there might be laws which start to apply about moving large sums of cash over state lines if you're mailing it from state to state. If you're dealing with that much you should probably be meeting in person anyways though.
