Acceptable Writing? What do you think?

Operating an article directory, I have had additional programming done for automatically catching articles where writing is not acceptable. This one is typical of submissions stopped. Even with that, enough still slip through. Here is an article excerpt.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Where to find us? On Google! Search for “---” and you will find us.!
“Hi all, I’m new member at --- and I wanted to share this information and idea I’m trying to work with some months/(years) ago.I had the chance once to talk with a man online he told me that if I gave him just 12 consecutive numbers of any online casino roulette he could "guess" what dozen the next outcome would be. Obviously I didn’t believe a word he told me, but guess what? He wanted to make a test with me, to prove me wrong, so I accept the challenge because I wanted to know what he was up to. So I decided to open any online casino (its was ---- Casino I remember) and I spun the wheel 12 times (29,11,11,18,3,14,19,8,21,33,1,4) does were the numbers and I wrote him back via chat the 12 outcomes I had made free spin. Well he told me this:
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Four opinion questions:

    1. What writer price do you think this 800 word article is worth?
    2. How many readers (guess) will go to the website? And why?
    3. What price do you think the site owner should have paid a writer?
    4. Do you think this “business” website owner, is worth pursuing as a client?

Ah, the ol' bait and switch post.

Bait them by giving the impression you actually WANT their opinions...then switch their words around to make their opinions irrelevant (according to you) by dissecting every character they type, line by line, until their original reply gets lost in another one of your "But I'm only trying to HELP you make money because I've been doing this for 73920432 years" tirades.

    Pass.

Getting the most responses is not the purpose of a post. It should be if anyone gained from observing it. Just a couple people and it is worthwhile. To others, they can simply pass it by. Here the purpose is letting writers see the quality level at which some articles are submitted. Not many writers would want their article sitting next to this one, yet it happens. If I wanted response by the numbers, I would simply post, "How many articles can you write a day?" A lot can be learned from other writers opinions, that is where a lot of great ideas start. No one has all the answers, and in my opinion no one should stop learning. If I was merely seeking response, the post would be named, Can you write better than this?

800 words of that is worth roughly $0.00 by my calculations.

It's about good enough to qualify for 'platinum' status on ezinearticles!

Catching stuff like that is easy for the search engines - mismatched tenses etc are simple to spot.
