    Same here, no email...yet.

TOS and Policies have not been updated since 25 Feb 2008 and February 2008 respectively. That's when the Privacy Policy change was made and I accepted the TOS/Policies AFTER that so there has been no change in between that must be accepted...and I haven't been asked to do so, either.

Well, even ive accepted their New T&C when they made it in feb. How can any Adsense user dont accept their terms and conditions, except that they are very big corporate companies. :) . I Just checked in Big G groups, there are hundreds of guys who got the same email and worrying a looot. It would be much better, if there is no line saying "We noticed that you haven't yet accepted the new Terms and Conditions". And it seems this is the line, which is causing everyone feel soo scared.

from the Google groups discussion, someone from adsense says :

    Hi again,

The latest update: We've found that a number of emails were sent
incorrectly to publishers who had already accepted the updated Terms
and Conditions in the past. (onlineebook, this sounds like your
situation.) To clarify, the most recent update to the Terms and
Conditions occurred at the end of February, and there haven't been any
changes since. If you already accepted the Terms and Conditions after
they were updated in February, you won't need to re-accept them, and
you won't be prompted to do so when you log in.

Our team will be following up in the next few days via email with
those publishers who received a reminder in error. I apologize for the
scare today -- thanks for letting our team know about this issue.
