Accept Credit Cards without A Bank Account?

Any free or paid payment processors that accept credit cards without a bank account? I hate using bank accounts because of fees from the bank. I had 2checkout problems because of charge backs. I know 2checkout does and money bookers but I wonder if its possible to get money on a pre-paid debit card instead or sent to my pypal.
