i search accept credit card and got www dot instabill dot com, what i interested is that they offer instant accout for high risk business. i do not know if it can be trusted.it need me to pay hundreds of dollar setup fee. any one try their services, i need some advice. thanks.

 

Instabill is reliable, but they charge a lot. Mostly porn and pharmacies use them.
Paypal would be the best and most popular. You can also try google checkout.
If you are an international publisher and want another option, try 2checkout.com

If so, you can call NPC (npc.net), or use PayPal.com.

I am bit of confused with your post but as much as I could understand that you are asking for instabill reliability. I wanted to use their service earlier but their service charge is so high which made my budget tight and if you want my recommendation then I would suggest you for Authorize[dot]net or 2Checkou[dot]com because I have experience with this two and I can assure you that this are reliable and best over the internet.

'high risk' generally means Adult, in which case hundreds of dollars to process Visa isn't out of the ordinary.

If you're mainstream, you don't need a high risk provider.
