Accent Recognition Tool

Hi everone!

Can any one help me find "Accent Recognition Tool"? I am looking for such a tool which can recognize the accent of speaker and disclose where from the speaker is by judging his accent This could be done by playing the recorded voice of the speaker. I looked for it over google with different keywords but to no avail. What I found was only speech recognition software.

Your suggestion in this matter will be highly appreciated.

i guess you wont find such software on general places. look for stores which sell spy tools/software
