ACCC takes Google to court

    If I remember well...it is not the first time Google gets sued and won :)

    I think the main issue here is that advertisers were using other companies' names in their ads, to attract users.

    I think they are going after it in wrong way. It should be missleading or false advertising because company used wrong name.

    Will be interesting to watch, but I doubt they'll have much luck against Google since the ACCC hasn't had many successes against Telstra (the local AU telco) thus far. And since it actually says "Sponsored Links" I'm unsure how the links could construed as being deceptive.
