Selling Acaiology.com Unique Content Adsense Site

This site is an adsense site I developed and didn't have time to do anything with. It targets the topic of the acai berry. The site is run with wordpress and all the content unique. Images are licensed from istockphoto and come with the site. It is listed in google, has been SEO'd and has been aged since October 2008. A ready to go unique Adsense site just needs some more traffic. Will also include psd files for graphics.

I went to set the BIN price but can't since there are bids now.
The BIN price is: $150

I set this price for the following reasons:
There is $80 worth of original article content, $50 worth of labor
customizing the site. (Adding articles, custom logo and color scheme, etc.)
and I put a $20 value on the almost 2 year old aged/indexed domain name.
