    I have a weight loss related website for sale. Started around the end of last year I got custom Word Press theme done for the site and wrote some custom content for it but never got enough time to really get the sites going by doing more promotion and link building.

    -About 150 Uniques a Month
    Analytics HERE
    -Makes an Acai Berry Select Sale here and there via Market Health
    -Has not had adsense on it but probably should. It would likely make $20-$30 a month from it based on the competitive market and high adwords bids
    -Site is running on WordPress so easy to updated and add new content
    -Theme is 100% custom only for this site
    -All content is Unique was hand written not PLR or anything like that
    -Majority of traffic is organic coming from Google (see analytics above)

    I will provide you FTP & Cpanel access to move the site. I will not be moving the sites for the new owner.

    Reduced BIN to $100 on this site want to move it quicker then worry about getting top dollar for it. Trying to clear out my web servers! :)
