    hi

I received email for abuse report.I do wonder really.there is only 2 sites on my server. I my self don`t know anything
about managing dedicated server.someone manage my server voluntarily .I don`t know what to do.. I worry so much
I my self have not sent even one spam and even I don`t know how to send massive spams... I insert their
email .iweb is my data center

The problem about what email message we sent you is talking about is not
a billing problem but an abuse issue. We told you that it seems that
spam messages are sent from your account and that we are consequently
    monitoring your server.

We ask you to cooperate to fix the problem if you don't want that we
    suspend your dedicated server.

Please see the last email message we sent you if you want to read the
    entire abuse message.

Yes, it is possible that your account was hacked or ask the provider to check the logs on your server. This may help to understand what and where things went wrong.

The guy who managed your server is trusted ? Get another 1 to help you to check it up and do a full screening.

You have 3 things to investigate:

    1. Whoever is managing your server is taking advantage and sending out spam
    2. Your sites got hacked and a script has been uploaded that is doing the spamming or
    3. your email server got hacked and is being used to send out spam emails.

1st step is to BACKUP everuthing you need in case they do shut down your server. At least then you won't be chasing the hosting company for your files. Then start checking your logs - email logs, apache logs etc. If its your email server you'll more than likely have hundreds if not thousands of messages queued up and waiting to be sent.

    Good luck.

I would check around on your servers / sites for something that doesn't belong like c99 or r57 scripts which are commonly used to compromise servers and send out spam / deface websites. There is script you can rebuild apache with to see the url of the site/directory the spam is coming from but I can't think of name of the script that you need to enable.
