    Hello,

When i read the TOS for google adsense, what came up to me directly was: what if a competing site or someone who has nothing better do, tries to ban you from google adsense by making fake clicks somehow ?
    Is that possible ?

Hope that your comp is a complete moran by clicking your ads 20 or 30 times then 10 minutes later log onto their own account only to get caught out by Google.

Google can usually tell when someone is click bombing you but its not 100% safe.

Yeah just find their ip and send it to google adsense and tell them of the problem and they'll take care of the said user. It worked for me on one of my old sites.

    Thank You

    Harmony,

Google woudl not have banned you if some idiot just decided to click bomb you with 40 clicks. They have filters for that.

There MUST be some other reason for the ban.

I know that, but I can't seem to find any other reason for this.
If not, wouldn't they state something else instead of invalid clicks?

IMHO it's not very hard to check if you're guilty or not, but just in case stay alert and use "insurance". Logs, etc...

I guess. If I did break the TOS somehow that I didn't know about then I have nothing to complain about and will move on.

    Not necessarily.

What if a few people was clicking, wouldn't that look like Harmony had recruited some people to click on his adverts for money?

Unfortunately when it comes to Google there are many ways for competitors or any shady person to mess with our websites and revenue.

I asked google this question last week. Their response was, that if i was
worried i should cancel my google acct, and apply for a new one.
