    I have no clue how to advertise on Craigs list.....HELP.....I ahve an account and all that....what categories do i post....and what format do i leave a link in

    Use standard html, such as <a href> etc. What category you post in depends on what you are promoting. Just remember categories are different and some won't allow you to post specific kinds of text.

    its standard html, the closer you can stay to pure text, the better luck you will have
