I'm just a little curious how many of you guys are still doing abritage. What's your CTR? What niche are you aiming?
My friend does that and his blog is more about jewelries.Tip here is that when you do arbitrage, your niche must be something like your selling something such as jewelries and apparel
I think the glory-days of arbitrage are long gone.. try it with an MFA and you're likely to get banned..
I agree with that but i'd like to give it a try so i may need some info first. MFA site is definitely will get banned if having that much CTR and little content. The tricks in my minds right now is combination of shady way and semi-full site with real contents. The problem is i'll have to wait 1 month to get paid. Anyone have any ideas, feel free to share with me. What CTR would be in the "safe zone"? ~15%?
I used to do it but failed miserably. I think it's one of the worst advice that I have received about making money with AdSense because there are many other ways to do that.
It's just my personal experience so I am not saying that others are not making any money with the technique too. It just didn't work for me. Maybe it was because I was still very new to AdSense and Internet marketing back then. I think those who make the most money from the AdSense Arbitrage craze are those who are selling the template and ebooks about the technique.
what is MFA? Arbitrage means you are paying adwords and get paid by Adsense at the same time. This is basic, there are something else I don't know.
That's the basic concept. You got it right, but more advance technique is now hardly found on the internet. Maybe it's slowing dying, due to the new ads placement from adwords. Still, it's now in form of domain parking and semi-MFA site. Here's one of the stupid landing page. NOTE: If you have this kind of page, you'll be most likely get banded due to high CTR(there's still ways to get around with it) http://www.gtweb.ca/pp2/ Once you have this kinda of page, you could easily cloak and redirect all the humans from adsense that review your site to your other blog/site.
Because Google has determined that it is "not a good business model" (their words). There was a mass-banning about a year and a half ago of publishers involved in the practice. Wasn't all MFAs that were banned, either, from what I understand. Check put LPQ guidelines, it specifically mentions arbitrage and the penalties involved.
So why is there still lots of MFA sites out there? Does that mean MFA still be practiced under small volume? Anythought?
Lots of people are doing it I see it all the time. I see a lot of people advertising on Yahoo with Adsense Sites.
You're right, lots of people are still doing it. But still, they dont even get banned. If that's so, why people stop talking about it?
I am sure some people are still doing it and making good coin but it is a completely different game now and you are probably better off spending that time on something else that is more long term.
Are you refering to those MFA sites or something else? I've noticed some landingpage on ringtone keywords were just the parking domains. I'm sure they'll be doing it pretty well, since it's the high competing keyword.
