I'm still trying to decide whether to sell this one now, or develop it further. Here's some info: www.AboutBusinessFinance.com 1. Business Finance is a well-paying niche if you drive the traffic and place ads well. 2. Comes with 10 of my PLR articles (the rights for those are $20 total, so it would definitely be worked into the price if they want a license to them - less than 10 copies are out so far on these sets). 3. I did add a few (3 I think) article directory pieces to flesh out one of the link sections at the bottom, but those can be removed. 4. The most recent 4 posts are all unique text. I also have unique summaries written for every article, so even PLR and article directory pieces start off with unique text - around 1200 words total. 5. The sale would include a PR6 sitewide link on my related business blog through the next PR update. (These have mostly gone for $25-30/month) 6. It was launched this month, and basically it's gone un-promoted. There have still been a little over 400 uniques this month and a little over 2700 pageviews. 7. Assume no revenue, as it's still new and relatively not marketed yet. 8. Predicted pagerank of 5. 9. I've also gone in and added technorati tags, meta descriptions, and meta keywords for each article posted. I'm just looking for some general ballpark estimates that might help me decide whether to sell it over soon, or wait until the actual PR update where I can sell some monthly text links and base the price more directly off of revenue.
