I've decided to try my hand at flipping a site as a means of offering some of my PLR content in a different way. Here's the site: www.AboutBusinessFinance.com There were over 250 unique visitors already in June, even though the site was only finally fleshed out this morning. There hasn't been any promotion done to get that traffic other than submitting to one or two bookmark sites, although I may promote a little bit in the next day or two. It includes 10 of my PLR business finance articles ($20 value) which can be left as-is or edited in any way. I also have three article directory pieces up there just to flesh out the topics a bit, which can be removed or left as-is. The domain is in a high earning niche and keyword-rich. I may add 1-3 custom articles as well before selling (I normally don't sell custom pieces for less than $200 / article and usually significantly more than that), depending on general estimates before selling (In other words, if people think the site's only worth $50, I'm not going to sink the time into creating work that I could bill to someone else at $600+, although I don't expect estimates near the actual article value if I go that route... just trying something new). If you can give me your thoughts on a decent selling price as-is, as well as any changing estimates with custom articles added, I'd appreciate the feedback. Jenn
