About yahoo directory

    I have some question regarding the yahoo directory

    How long time can it take before a yahoo listing gets indexed by google? How many weeks or months ?

    Are there any other "respectable" sites that uses the yahoo directory listings?

    I know there are many sites out there that uses the dmoz directory but how about yahoo

    Y! dir is crawled frequently, new listings are picked up very fast.
    yahoo listings are not offered for others to use like the odp.

    I submitted a client in the Paid Yahoo directory if that is the one you are asking about and the site was indexed within 12 hours but it has a hefty price!

    I've heard some good traffic boosts from yahoo directory much more then dmoz.

    Plus, yahoo directory listings also come up in yahoo searches, so It is a wise choice to get your site in yahoo directory.

    How many DP members have actually shelle out the $400 for a listing? What do you get? Is it worth it?
