    there are lots of free plugins available for wordpress. Use them to optimize. One I know is All in SEO for wordpress.

    You can optimize your blog as you optimize a site. Just put related keywords in meta tags on your blog and do some Seo activities also... Also put only fresh content on the blog.

    now i can write meta description and keyword for each post.
