when i go to submit my link in directories and i get to the title part, do i put my sites actual name or do i enter the keyword i want to rank for in google? i heard both but what is better to do? or should i do both but switch them up every 5 directories i submit to?

also, when i put keywords... is this how you use commas? like do you space or now?

    example,example,example OR

    example, example, example

i appreciate the help.. im just starting to submit and want to do these right.

You're going to have to enter your websites keyword. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me since I don't really work on directories anymore. The spaces between the commas don't make any differences.

ok so ill just keep separating with spaces.. so if i am trying to rank on google for a certain keyword, use it as the title? and should i switch up the keyword every certain submissions? or does it matter?

Here is what some of our Submission Guidelines instructions say:
    • do not glue words In Title and Description always use spaces or commas and spaces
    • do not use URL in your site Title i.e. yourdomain.com
    • do not use Title and Description as a Keywords Rubbish Dump
    • and Title field tells you to use: Site or Business Name

As you can see, your site with keyword stuffed Title will be rejected.
Many directories now use the same rules so reading SG and follow them
sometimes will make all the difference between being listed and rejected.

If you already register domain like: watches-shopping.com then having
"Watches Shopping" as your title is all you will need to get high SERP

    :)

I'm sure you will be #1 in SERP for WVU sports keywords but the question you should ask your self:
how many people will search for WVU sports and if the answer is FEW, then you should think twice if you
want to be #1 on G. page nobody will visit.

    ;)
