No. Make sure your site map for the site is contructed properly and Google should locate the subdomain as well. Link building or deep linking to your sub domain increases the indexing of the sub domain as well

You don't have to submit your sub domain or any domains for that matter. You should get the google site map plugin and also get a google analytics and google will keep track of your traffic and where it's coming from. Then start building links manually. I started a new site last week and didn't submit it or build a single link and all pages were indexed and it was even on the second page for the keyword. Submitting your site to google via the submission tool is the long way around.

you don't need to submit your sub domains in Google OK? Google will automatically find them out and index them.

You do not have to submit your subdomain, so long as you submit a sitemap to Google Webmaster. Once you submit a sitemap, Google will crawl your site and know that you have a subdomain.

I hope that helps. Have a good day!

Creating a sitemap and submitting it is a good task to get your site indexed in search engines and all of your inner pages.

You will not need to submit sub domain if you have sitemap. With the sitemap the google crawlers and spiders are able to see the contents of your sub domain.
