About webmoney, netteller and moneybookers

Hi,

Just a quick question, does any of these 3 companies let us open a dispute after we make the payment?

None of them from what i know,about webmoney and moneybookers i m sure, not sure about neteller but i don't think they accept chargeback either.
Moneybookers can be chargedback in some cases when your account got hacked and you didn't make the payment.

you can not make a dispute but if there fraud or some one else used your moneybookers account you can ask cutomer care to reverse the payment

moneybookers is the best
