I have a question about video marketing on Youtube.

Am I violating Youtube's terms and conditions policy if I show/mention my website's URL in my video and additionally I put my website's link in the description box???

no you are not violating any terms and rules using your url in the description or in video because i have already uploaded about 150 videos with my own link inside video and in description and it is not the violating of terms and conditions.

No, there is even a section to put your URL when you create your account.

You can also add the URL on a slider bar in your video using movie maker.

Ok people I think you need to realize that the TOS can be found on youtubes own website, and is not composed of "hopeful opinions" of people who have spammed their links into their own videos. For the definitive answer I would READ youtube's TOS and if it's hazy then email them. Not saying they are NOT allowed but you can't use anyone's unqualified opinion to answer that question.

You can do it without problems, almost everybody is doing that.

    Thanks,

Of course you can, and if it does go against their TOS...SO WHAT! So your account gets banned, make a new one (it only takes like 2 minutes!)...than another after that, so on and so forth...exploit the hell out of it and walk out with the cash.
