about URL blocked

    hai, i am new to adsense. recently i changed my blog address.now in my account it is showing that my URL is blocked.now i am using my blog with new name.by seeing URL blocked in my account i again changed my blog address to old one.is there any problem to my account with this .suggest me what can i do

    are you using any robots.txt file?
    may that blocked adsense bot to crawl your site.
