Found a PR5 site on sitepoint with a BIN of $300, the domain is http://www.nextinet.org/ The deal seems too good to be true for such a high PR site. Is there anything I can check before I buy to make sure it is all legit? (apart from using PR checkers). Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Just checked it PR and its seemed like its PR is valid. But the backlink from goggle is low Results 1 - 10 of about 481 for nextinet.org. Ask the seller to provide you with 1 years google analytic stat to verified the earning.

Ask if he is paying for any text links. If his backlinks are low, he must have a few reputable sites linking to the site (PR5/6/7 range) If they are paid links and they're taken down after you purchase, it will affect the PR. If no links are paid, it is worth your while to do homework on some of those backlinks and find out if he has inbound links like CNET or other reputable review sites that is boosting the PR. Losing just a handful of the highest PR sites linking in will reduce the site's PR.
