About to buy 20+ domains - advice?

I am about to register 23-25 domain names, all in the same niche. Basically they are going to be landing pages for a Clickbank product that I am going to promote. I know that having so many domain names is impractical in advertising my website. But the purpose of me buying so many is to eliminate competition.

Should I make all the domains look exactly the same, or should I make all of them redirect to one domain?

Also, what is the best registrar to register so many domain names? (I have an account with Bluehost btw, with unlimited hosting)

I would suggest hosting each domain as a new web site, even if it takes a while to develop them one by one. If you create all of them like one - there is no uniqueness and folks would eventually realize and shut down the window realizing they have seen it all on one place.

Investing in 20 domains pointing to one site is again pointless - you would be diluting your traffic and traffic rank.

Unlimited hosting is good, if you don't wish to give link back to each other, but a failure if you wish to use them as a link farm as Google and other search engines do not appreciate the fact that a site gets 20 link backs from same IP - so in my recommendation host and link not more than 3-4 sites from your existing account, and invest in some spare IP's or take hosting from other providers - just to get unique IP address and boost your page rank.

We offer domain registration services as well, so do look up our links.

Maybe this is not a good way for you to eliminate the competition. You can still try other ways to promote your
business. If you really want to register so many domain names, you can try Godaddy. It's very popular and trustworthy.

    Hi!
I'd signup for the "domain club" thing at godaddy and get a major discount on that bulk purchase.
Also..do a search for "godaddy coupon codes"..you could save quite a bit just using a code without joining the club thing.

    >>>make sure and signup for their newsletter..they send codes out that way too.

Honestly i would just do a redirect. Then if any of those domains ever get type in traffic they go straight to your main site. Thus you kill two birds with one stone, improve your SEO and eliminate the comp.

build 20 more new websites, but focus on promoting one major website. All the content should be different.

If you have an unlimited hosting plan, Search engines know it.

Build sub websites of the main websites. All the other websites give you knowledge about the product's different features. Each website shows one feature and then links to the main website. Make sure that the feature shown on each website comes out to feel outstanding.
