can an adwords publisher see where ALL their clicks came from for any given day? which domains etc? TIA......
If they have channels set up yes they can. In fact publishers can see what pages within the domain the clicks came from if they have their channels set up correctly. Now if you mean adwords "advertisers" I don't think there is a way to determine that.
do most advertisers actually check to see where their clicks came from? i am just trying to establish whether having adsense on my site is a form of free advertising.. in the sense that people see the referrer and come for a look.
The AdWords publisher won't be able to tell that you were the one that sent them the lead. added: Now I am confused...When you use content in your AdWords campaign (not site targeted), you can see where your site is displayed? I turned off content many months ago so I may be out of the loop
I see (and have found) multiple sites within the content network that are displaying my ads...but a closer look makes me wonder if they are all premium publisher accounts. Some I'm sure are, but others make me wonder. I'll dig a bit deeper into my logs and see what I find.
