hello I use images for my video in YouTube from and I carful about the copyright so I use free pictures but some time I need other one from google because there no enough variety for the video can I write the picture source on it and it will be fine or what?? all the video I made it even the voice is mine its ok or not ??
Stating where you steal an image from will not get around copyright laws. You either have to take the photo yourself; use a copyright free image; buy the image; or get permission from the copyright holder
You should probably read this thread: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/thr...otices-from-shutterstock-and-photos5.2795088/ The OP in that thread found themselves in a world of pain and expense using "free" images found on Google...
got example https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdxi8d8qRsRyUi2ERYjYb-w this channel use allot of copyright pic how??
Seriously man, people like you make me wanna puke, your only argument is "well someone else does it why can't I" either take the advice you've been given or fuck off. Just don't come back here complaining when the copyright holder wants to sue the shit out of you.
Try using Creative Commons pics and giving credit. You can find them on Flickr.com and Commons.Wikimedia.org There are some totally free ones as well, such as Pixabay.com and PublicDomainPictures.com Or if you want to pay for them, can try Shutterstock's monthly subscriptions
If you want to use anyone else's image, always always always err on the side of caution by contacting them to ask for their written permission to use the image. They may allow you to use it for free, or they may charge you a small fee. But this is the only way to protect yourself from a copyright infringement lawsuit unless you're using free stock photos.
Just because other uploaders are doing it doesn't mean you should be doing it as well. People hijack cars all the time, doesn't mean you should do it. It's just a matter of personal choice. Keep building original content and the success will come. It's a slow process, but keep up the good work and you will be appreciated. On a side note, there are plenty of resources for royalty free stock photos (ones that you use but should credit the author somehow, e.g. in the video's description). Even flickr.com has thousands of such images, if you use the correct filter in the search results. Another example that comes to mind is sxc.hu
They are lucky, but when there luck run out, they will come here & ask us how to get out "Pain Full Copyright Claim".
