    can u tell me who is more beneficial google backlinks or indexed backlinks for the approval of the site owner for the our sites?

    depends on which backlink has more link juice. is it do-follow, and what page rank does it have should be factors taken into account, and then you'll have your answer as to which backlink will help you out.

    to see how many back links you have I personally use www.backlinkwatch.com It's been really accurate for me.
