    I have some questions about file structures management but I don’t seem to fine a popular NG.

    There's a newsgroup on Google http://groups.google.com/group/Subversion-SVN?lnk=gschg&hl=en which might be useful but myself I've always just used the users@subversion.tigris.org mailing list. You'll have to subscribe if you want to ask questions (send an email to users-subscribe@subversion.tigris.org) but if you just want to search archives then http://svn.haxx.se/users/ works well.
