    have you tried to contact wordpress and ask them what point of tos you broke?

    i never heard of WP closing any domains , since they are open source

    It happens all the time with blogs hosted free on wordpress. You're not the only one, so may be in real trouble. If you have some backups, then go buy a domain, get a cheap hosting plan and build your blog again. If not, you can try the Google cache to recover as much as you can from your posts.
