    My website is rapid911.com . it's premium link generator website that based on rapidleech scripts .

    I have some problem that visitors always abuse my service ......

    Ｉ need function like http://www.leechmod.us/ or http://www.megaleech.us/ .

    If download once , visitors need to wait .

    You want is so that if a person downloads using your site, it will disallow access to them for a certain time?
    Is that correct? If so, please pm me this.
