About same url in multiple accounts...

    hi,
    1.can i create multiple accounts for the same url or i have to give different url
    2. Also can i advertise same website on multiple times, one at a time.....

    You can't create multiple adwords accounts for the same URL as this against the adwords TOS.

    You can advertise the same website at multiple times, but only one account should be live at one time.
