For all your new posts your ad will appear. If You are logged in you will not see your ad to avoid the mistake of clicking your own ad.
How to test: Create a custom channel in adsense for DP. You can track the impressions/clicks from there.
Never try to click your own ad or you will get banned from adsense.

Create a channel within your AdSense for DP, and then enter it into your profile via the 'User CP'. This way you can depict where impressions and clicks are actually coming from.

 

I created a URL channel for this site and shows impressions and earnings...I've earnt $0.03 today.

 

i wonder, is this thing, revenue from this forum in really profitable? how much u guys make per day on an average? anything reasonable?

 

Well I took mine off simply for the fact it was only making me about 0.50c a week. Plus it was lowering my CTR on my AdSense so I thought, well if I took mine off, more people will get cash through it.

I'm not exactly a good samaritan, but I couldn't be bothered with it myself, I would rather other people benifit from it than me.

 

I find it really really difficult to make any money off here. I have 500 posts, started a few popular threads and have earned 11 cents altogether, and i added my pub id from the very start.

 

ho w u people are earning from dp what do you mean by putting your links in the signature

 

man,, 500 posts... n earned so less.. is it of any use.. i mean even after 500 posts ure earning just 11 cents.. this is ridiculous... finally every1 have joined for revenue sharing... basic purpose is not solved..

 

I am sure that if your sole purpose was to make money strictly from posts it would not be a lucrative deal, but isn't the purpose of this forum to be an informative resource center?

That in itself holds its own value.

 

It's revenue sharing for anyone(you are sharing mod forum member)
if you fill your adsense pub-xxxx and channel, you can participate in revenue sharing.

how it work?
when you post a "thread", forum will display your adsense ads.
therefore you have chance to earn money from sharing mod forum.

Go your adsense panel generate a adsense code find your "Pub-xxx" with "channel number"

how to add channel... like ive created a channel.. but where to get code..

 

you can just create an ad and take the channel from that (dont need to put ad code anywhere)
