Well, I see AdSense on your both websites, so I assume you want to know how to make money using it. Well if your really, really want to get something out of AdSense then you have to get lots of visitors to your website, because only few of them actually click the ads. The second way to monetize your websites is custom advertising. If you have a good number of visitors and website users (them again... sorry) than you can think about a ads plan. That's something like this: 125x125 banner in the right side of the website -- 50$/month. Try it. There is a third option anyway. Selling them.
First you can use adsense to earn. After getting constant traffic,you can sell the banner to private buyer so you can earn more than adsense.

I see adsense on both your site, let it be there, when your user level touches 5000 visitors a day you can switch to networks such as tribal fusion, komli, bannerconnect etc. After you become very famous then you can start selling ads on the side.
I would build up my backlinks to raise the Page Rank, then try and sell the banner ads to individuals, I've seen some go for $125/month....... good luck
