About rep system (Not asking for reps :D )

Should we be able to use reputation in pm's?

    Well I was chatting with 2 people today and i came up with this idea. Should we be able to use rep in PM's? As long as they are not seen by other people(Comments) that would work because you may also get help from pm's which happens all the time to me. Well its just an idea..

    1) got help from pm
    2) click on user profile
    3) find all posts by user (or last post)
    4) pick a random post not in general forum
    5) rep him
