Which one has more quality backlinks pointing to it? Which site has more indexed pages? Which site has more Traffic? There more to the equation than just a quick look.
But dir.sem-link.com only have below 50 backlinks, and which site is create himself too. by the way this site(free-adv.com) have over 1000+ backlinks .. i have no ideal about this case
