    toolbar should give the right PR. not sure why the tool is showing different but go with the toolbar PR

    I check with 3 PR checker and all shows PR1.

    Probably, something wrong with the checkpagerank.net

    I don't see and public service ads, it is common google shows Public service ads once in a while.

    Anyway, good luck for your friend's website for next pagerank update, probably by end of this month.
