about PEAR AND REQUEST files

    from where i can get this two files
    require_once 'PEAR/PEAR.php';
    require_once 'PEAR/HTTP/Request.php';

    and how i install them on my web

    You will need PEAR installed on your server. If you have your own server you will need to google "install pear" and your operating system
    If tis is a shared/managed server you will need to get your hosting company to allow it
