Hi do you know any address for paypal that can send funds $500 or above without adding a VCC or without verifying it?

No. Unverified accounts are deemed as suspicious since you do not know if the person is for real or not. A VCC will help add to the deception by foiling the verification system.

Just do the right thing and verify the account and sign up based on your country. Using false information is a breach of Paypal terms and could lead to your account termination.

If your country is not within the permitted paypal country then do not sign up for it unless you enjoy facing problems.

Yes, US unverified accounts have highest limit i.e. $500, but befre you reach that limit you'll probably be limited access or account blocked permanently.

They did say you cannot use a Proxy so that should apply to using a VPN. Why not just get your account verified if you have nothing to hide and plan to comply to your contract with Paypal.

Be verified and it'll protect you from 90% of hassles in future.
