Now a days Google not give more preference to paid backlinks. So, I think you can try to get free backlinks. one way links are most useful to rank your website.
How Google knows that link is paid or free? Google will analyze only back links and gives the benefits of it no matter if it is paid or free because does not analyze it.
Paid links work, you just need to be careful that the site you get them off hasn't been flagged by Google as one thats selling them as there is a chance that you could get your site penalised.
I think personally its ok to buy links to blogs or site that is related to your niche and those niche are do follow as long as such site or blog isnt considered a spam and of high quality then it is ok
Do not go for paid back links as you might get penalized if the search engines find it out. Rather try to get natural back links by offering attractive, unique and compelling content on your website. Running a blog on your website would help you a lot..
If you buy quality links from sites which don't advertise the fact that they are selling those links, then you should be good
Paid Back Link with High PR its really beneficial to your site but if your paid link with low PR so its not beneficial to your websites.
There are a lot of dropped domain here in DP. Try to filter out these kind of domain and only get links from relevant sites. Also, make sure the page or site that links to you have low outbound links which will give better value for your money. Higher PR is preferable and depending on your budget. Try to get a mix of contextual and sidebar links if your budget allows.
