About organic source

    As a new blogger, I have seen different sources on my google analytics, one of them is organic which is from Google. I just wanna ask if this do something? I mean, will it beneficial having an organic sources than direct, or referral sources?

    These all source contain its own value.
    Search Engine Traffic : Shows visibility of your website on Google, Yahoo & MSN
    Referral Traffic: Shows how many links of your website in other places.
    Direct Traffic: Shows brand awarness of your website.

    Yes, it is beneficial to your blog because it is visible in Google SERP's i.e search engine result pages. Moreover if you got referral and direct traffic that will also be better for your blog.

    Organic is not just Google. It is search engine traffic from ANY search engine, whether it be Google, Bing, Yahoo. This is FREE traffic. What could be better than free traffic?

    You get organic traffic from having keywords on your site that are what people enter into search engines, and that you are competitive with. If you find a keyword that has good search traffic that you can compete with you may hit a goldmine. That is easier said than done.

    If you do not do careful keyword research your chances of driving any significant relevant visitors to your site are slim to none. Organic search traffic is king, and if you fail at this, you will have few vistors, and you will not be successful.

    Feel free to disagree but if you only get 5 visitors per day to your site what are your chances of making a living online?
