    It is no different and should be depends on your specific need. If you are going to create a general content website then I would recommend you go with Wordpress. It could help you save your times a lot, plus the benefits og plugins for SEO and everythings. :)

    PHP and Wordpress both are good...... Search engine ranking is only depend on SEO.
