    are they useful in india?

    click rate depends on your niche, but they are the same rates as for adsense content. personally i find video ads perform poorly.

    These video units are same as other units. You can expect the same you get from other ad units.

    It's useful in every country. I did not understand why you asked this question.

    Just select keywords while creating your player, so it will always pick the videos based on your keywords, else not related, which is not very useful.
