how come the clicks are so low for music websites? is there a list i can used to block low paying sites? or is it this niche just low paying over all anyone making good money with music niche?

Music niche are known as low pay niche Yes, you can actually block the ads but sorry to say all of them pay low
You can make excellent money with music websites if you can properly use keywords. The CTR can also be exceptionally high with good placements. But please be vary of the TOS.
